I picked up this car seat based on a buddy's suggestion and noticed the price here was way lower than other shops. My little girl was super thrilled about it, and when it showed up, I was genuinely happy with its appearance. It was a breeze to install in the car, and my daughter thinks the seat is quite cozy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the XP pad, which keeps the seat belt in place, doesn’t stay shut properly. That said, I can't complain about the incar safety center. They've been quick to respond to my emails and are sending me a replacement part. I would definitely recommend this car seat from this company.

I’m really let down by how poorly they communicated when problems popped up with our order. We placed our order for a seat on a Wednesday and were told it would show up on Friday. Since we were out of town, we requested it to be delivered the next week, and boy, do we regret that decision. Two days after the expected delivery, they called to inform us it was delayed (no surprise there, since it was supposed to arrive two days earlier). To make a long story short, after numerous calls from our side and even agreeing to switch the seat color after two and a half weeks, we finally asked for a refund. I was really unimpressed with the two staff members who told me I was just unlucky with my order. They were super unhelpful, offering no solutions or even a hint of goodwill. When I asked for my refund so I could shop elsewhere, they said it would take a few days to process, suggesting I might as well wait for another seat from them. At that point, I had completely lost trust in the company and politely turned down the offer for a refund.

The belt collector has definitely kept my little one from getting out of her car seat, but honestly, it feels a bit pricey. Also, the way it was shipped could use some work; it was crammed into an envelope that was too small, and it ended up tearing when I got it.

So far, we've snagged 5 car seats from the in car safety centre. The first three were during the pandemic, and we got two more after that. I can't find anything wrong with the service. They always give solid advice, are willing to check how the seat fits in your car, and can even install it for you if needed. We're totally sure that our little one is as safe as can be.

The guidance provided wasn't all that great and needs some attention. It doesn't fit properly in a Discovery Sport as claimed, which affects the front seat's usability. On the whole, the seat itself is quite suitable.
